What is spam?

Spamming is the abuse of electronic messaging systems to send unsolicited bulk messages, which are generally undesired. While the most widely recognized form of spam is email spam, the term is applied to similar abuses in other media: instant messaging spam, Usenet newsgroup spam, Web search engine spam, spam in blogs, mobile phone messaging spam, internet forum spam and junk fax transmissions.

Incoming E-Mail Policy

As part of JobsGroup.net's policy against spam, we operate an automated spam filtering appliance on all incoming email. This system is monitored to ensure that only spam messages are prevented from reaching our mail server.

Security Policy changes

The security of your data is extremely important to us.

To ensure that we provide a secure environment for your personal details our servers are protected by a pair of high-availability network security appliances, providing unified threat management at the perimeter.

Our servers are monitored by software update services for security updates, and software patches. Security is layered to the servers, with additional security services installed on the servers themselves. Server logs are checked regularly.

These security measures are provisioned to ensure that the information under our control is protected from unauthorised alteration, modification or malicious use.

Access to your personal data is only provided to prospective employers and to third parties who help us to process data.

You can remove or modify the information we hold by accessing the site using your password. It is your responsibility to ensure that your password is kept secret.

It is JobsGroup.net policy to hold data for 12 months after it was last used. After this 12 month period JobsGroup will contact you to ask if you still want to remain as a member. If we do not receive confirmation that you want to remain registered within 14 days we will delete you details from our sites.
